Governance
Integrity. Accountability. Trust.
The Harrilal Foundation is built on a foundation of ethical leadership, transparent stewardship, and community trust.
We believe that every donor, partner, and beneficiary deserves to know how resources are managed and how decisions are made.
Our commitment to good governance ensures that every action we take aligns with our mission to empower and uplift communities through compassion, inclusion, and measurable impact.
Financial Stewardship & Reporting
Transparency is at the heart of our mission.
We are committed to open, accurate, and timely reporting of all financial activities. Each dollar entrusted to us is carefully directed toward initiatives that create measurable community impact.
Our financial transparency practices include:
- Annual independent financial review or audit
- Public access to annual reports and IRS Form 990 (once available)
- Clear allocation of administrative vs. programmatic expenses
- Donor privacy and ethical fundraising standards
- Annual Impact Report (2025)
- IRS Form 990 (to be published after filing)
- Program Spending Summary (percentage breakdown of each focus area)
We view transparency not as a requirement, but as a reflection of who we are stewards of hope and trust.
